Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship packages: Ensure items are correctly labeled, prepared, and staged for timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment: Safely utilize pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before they leave the facility.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Workspace maintenance: Keep your designated area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic math skills: Comfortable with numbers for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Attention to detail: Strong ability to spot errors in labeling, packaging, or order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, consistent, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma: or equivalent (GED) preferred; on-the-job training provided for qualified applicants.
