Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock transfers.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain inventory to ensure freshness and condition of goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
