Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed.
