Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift-based schedules
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
