Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse zones following safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide paid training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and authorization to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
