Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify counts, and stock shelves.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high standards of accuracy.
- Performance Goals: Meet daily productivity targets and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
