Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stage incoming shipments from remote vendors and carriers.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Process and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with remote inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies and update stock levels in real-time.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and labeling.
- Perform daily cycle counts and participate in monthly inventory audits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain Forklift Certification (training provided).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs arise.
