Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, sort merchandise, and organize stockrooms.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and report discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
