- Accurately process, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Document warehouse activities and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime shifts as required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
