Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
