Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for e-commerce fulfillmentOperate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counting audits
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cross-functional logistics projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
