Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials for daily operations using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanning equipment.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (optional depending on specific role).
