Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, stack, and organize stock safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and adherence to quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling data and physical inventory.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
