We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to help us manage our inventory and ensure our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
