Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials efficiently within the warehouse facility.
- Prepare products for shipment by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (on-the-job training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
