Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Support year-end inventory audits and peak season operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork ethic and attention to detail
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
