Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Unload and verify incoming shipments for quality and quantity
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the Tremont Street facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
