Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to verify inventory and update stock levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks as required.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
