Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory records, and assist in cycle counts to maintain accurate stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receiving & Shipping: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against bills of lading and ensuring proper documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
