Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners, ensuring safe operation at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and barcodes accurately.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
