Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all quality standards are met.
- Perform daily cleaning and safety inspections of the warehouse floor and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
