Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to clientsMaintain organized warehouse layout and cleanliness per OSHA standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely after proper training
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
