Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
