Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to ensure stock integrity.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to minimize returns and errors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and order picking.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
