Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of goods to meet daily targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Participate in physical inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
