Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and clutter-free to ensure efficient workflow.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and inspect goods for damage.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is highly valued.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
