Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control and data entry
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to company policies and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to 247 Industrial Park Blvd
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
