Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials and inventory from trucks and conveyor systems
- Sort, organize, and store products in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with training
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
