Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using barcode scanners and RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification training provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Load/unload trucks with proper equipment handling
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Background check and drug screen required
