Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store inventory in our modern warehouse environment
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanning technology
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced setting
