Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy while meeting daily targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stock rotation
- Conduct daily cycle counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus
- Background check and drug test required
