Responsibilities
- Unload, verify, and process incoming shipments with precision
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to priority schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Uphold OSHA compliance and 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
