Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Inspect and prepare inventory for storage and transport
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience
- OSHA certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid CA driver's license (if operating vehicles)
- Background check and drug screen required
