Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems and cycle counting protocols
- Load/unload trucks and organize goods in designated storage areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
