Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent standing/walking
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to Seaport location
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
