Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift/Order Picker) safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
