Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming inventory against packing lists and ensure accurate data entry using RF scanners.
- Organize stockpiles, pallets, and racks in a neat, orderly fashion to maintain safety standards.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience or forklift certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions if working in dock doors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
