Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory via RF scanning systems
- Maintain organized storage zones and FIFO compliance
- Inspect goods for damage and document discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts on feet
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
