Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently.
- Verify and count incoming stock and materials to ensure accuracy.
- Organize, store, and retrieve inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Inspect equipment and facility areas to ensure safety compliance and identify maintenance needs.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
