Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, apply labels, and verify shipping details to ensure accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
