Your Responsibilities
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweepers and organizing shelves.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
