Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Load and unload freight trucks using proper material handling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners (RF guns) to track inventory and process orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not always required.
