Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production areas, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all items are securely and accurately packed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to process orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse storage spaces for optimal efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate starters.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on role.
