Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Update inventory records in real-time using digital tracking tools
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
