Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control and damage assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to 5S principles for workspace organization and safety compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient with basic computer systems and mobile technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime as needed
