Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% satisfaction and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate digital stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against shipping manifests.
- Assist in maintaining proper labeling and packaging standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work overtime and flexible shifts during peak seasons.
