Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Receiving and Shipping: Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, inspect for damage, and process outgoing orders with precision.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping standards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- License: Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work overtime as needed.
