Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and stock levels in our state-of-the-art warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and speed to meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and arranging products strategically
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
