Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and correctly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Perform warehouse cleaning and organization duties
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 1600 Atlantic Ave
- Flexible availability (including weekends if required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
