Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming merchandise.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
